Marketing Coordinator

Job DescriptionTo support the Marketing Manager, Product, Sales and After Sales Teams in the conceptualisation, production, distribution and reporting of all marketing and sales support material as well as the maintenance of all digital media (e-commerce platform, websites and social media pages) in South African and select sub-Saharan countries to achieve medium and long term business objectives.Duties include:Plan and coordinate the production and supply of all marketing and sales support material. Resources include media (print, digital and social), PR, shop profiling POS Catalogues, Sales promotion material, web sites and social media pages.Design and implement marketing campaigns.Administration of monthly marketing calendar and planned marketing activities.Prepare and coordinate the end to end process of digital communication.Oversee all aspects of marketing stock, which includes design, ordering and replenishment stock, regular stock taking and keeping records of all co-marketing expenses.Assist in the management of outsourced projects to various third party suppliers.Coordinate and assist with visual displays at shows, exhibitions, conferences and events where necessary.Qualifications / Experience:A tertiary qualification in Marketing - Diploma / Degree.Preferably 4 - 7 years experience in a marketing environment.Agency experience an advantage.High level of competency in MS Office.Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.Valid drivers licence and own transport.Suitable applications can be emailed to (Email Disabled).Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
