WHO ARE WE: A medium-sized business that is dedicated to providing strategic financial support to help businesses achieve their goals and navigate the complexities of financial management.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: A Marketing Coordinator with B2B experience to create and implement marketing strategies and plans. WHAT WILL YOU DO:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to improve the acquisition of qualified customers that meet our criteriaUtilise the CRM database to convert previous customer inquiries into qualified prospects through targeted marketing campaignsCollaborate with the portfolio team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targetsDrive go-to market efforts of tailored productsManage online marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, SEM and online advertising campaignsOversee social media marketing efforts to engage with our target audience and drive brand awarenessUtilise Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to reach potential customers effectivelyAnalyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise strategies accordinglyEvents creation, coordination and attendance of programmes, as well as 3rd party-hosted gatheringsInternal communicationsWHAT WILL YOU NEED:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE), or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsContent writing skillsGoogle AnalyticsCRM software systemsWordPress Themes experienceProficiency (or ability and willingness to learn with various marketing platforms and marketing software toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
