Responsibilities: The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager while working hand- in-hand with the graphics team.Event Management:Manage all marketing events, from conferences and trade shows to sponsorships and training booking venues, managing budgets, overseeing logistics, and ensuring flawless execution.Branding & Merchandise:Oversee procurement of promotional material, stationery, and branding. Manage communication with suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, and handle stock orders.Creative Design:Design visuals for marketing materials using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Canva.Create labels, branding, and stickers following the brand guidelines.Client creates all product labels and branding in-house, you will be required to assist with the creation of the artwork and print process.Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks:Aid Marketing Manager and Senior Designer as required.Assist with filing, data entry, report generation, and other departmental tasks.Manage website updates, SEO, Google Analytics, and upload articles as needed.Assist with engaging copyrighting (blog posts, social media captions, emails)Manage public relations, review external articles, and maintain journalist relationships.Requirements: Possess 1-3 years of Marketing and/or Event Coordination experience.Have a relevant Degree in Marketing, Events Management, or a related field (advantageous)Excel at event management, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Have basic Graphic Design skills (essential)Have a valid driver's license.Adobe Illustrator.InDesign.Canva.Skills:Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Are Hungry for growth and adapt to change with a smile.Embrace creativity and problem-solving.Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to prioritize and excel under pressure.Thrive in a collaborative environment and work effectively across all levels.Embraces teamwork, values improvement, and asks crucial questions.Remuneration: R15 000 R20 000 per month.
