Position Purpose (Summary)
The function of the Marketing Coordinator is to:
Maintain and promote the company brand and products to consumers through various media with a consistent message to develop new and reinforce existing relationships. The marketing coordinator shall create ad campaigns and promote product offerings as directed by management. Also attending events and interacting with the community through social media. They also must measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust as necessary for maximum results. Have a good understanding of SEM and SEO practices and web page building. Develop profitable sales and acquire Clients through our established sales and marketing program.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
Have a very good understanding of how to use social media
Have an outgoing personable personality
Have a self-driven attitude and be a self-motivated person
Be able to think outside the box as far as being creative with new marketing ideas
Develops and executes marketing plan & budget
Integrate recruitment marketing into all channels
Develop a recruiting process to capture and respond to all applicants
Track applicants progress with respective hiring managers confirm that no applicants are overlooked using the Applicant tracking system.
Produces graphic design & coordinates production of printed/online Company collateral
Develops sales campaigns/promotions and coordinates associated print/online production
Monitors sales leads/new customer acquisition sources/costs
Participates in networking/community engagement opportunities
Direct Mail campaigns
Email marketing
Customer service orientation.
Track all potential leads for appointments until scheduled or declined.
Must have a good working knowledge of our products and services being offered. This may require additional study and training both on and off site.
Establish goals and objectives as they relate to the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals.
Regularly review and monitor progress against goals and seek assistance as needed.
Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors and Clients.
Possess superior interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work under time and budgetary constraints and pressures.
Efficiently manage his/her time and schedules.
Be computer literate to the extent necessary to fulfill this function. Knowledge of Microsoft office along with graphics programs like Adobe Illustrator (or similar) is required. Should also be very familiar with the use of smart phones, email, and outlook.
Must be capable of understanding client needs.
Constantly be learning through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees.
Always be clean and presentable (you will be the "face" of the company)
