Job Description: Video Content Briefs: Develop and deliver detailed weekly video content briefs for team updates, event highlights, and promotional materials. Collaborate with video production teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and brand guidelines. Weekly Newsletters and Mailers: Create and distribute engaging newsletters and email campaigns to keep stakeholders, attendees, and sponsors informed. Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. Social Media Graphics: Work closely with the design team to create compelling visuals, including infographics, event cards, speaker cards, and sponsor cards, tailored for various social media platforms. Ensure all graphics align with the content strategy and event branding. Content Planning Assistance: Support the development of comprehensive content plans, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas for campaigns and events. Copywriting: Craft engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and newsletters. Edit and proofread content to maintain a professional tone and brand consistency. Social Media Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule marketing posts at least one week in advance across all social media platforms. Monitor performance and engagement metrics to inform future content strategies. Campaign Management: Coordinate marketing campaigns by collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for improvement. Event Promotion: Develop and execute strategies for promoting events through various channels, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. Liaise with event organizers and sponsors to ensure cohesive messaging. Content Calendar Management: Maintain and update a detailed content calendar, ensuring all deadlines for newsletters, videos, and social media posts are met. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of social media posts, email campaigns, and newsletters. Prepare weekly reports to evaluate engagement metrics and recommend optimizations. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for marketing inquiries, ensuring smooth communication between teams and external partners. Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity.
Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR, or a related field 1-2 years of relevant experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and analytical abilities Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
