Marketing Coordinator - Cape Town

A South African company specializing in cloud-based unified communications , has a permanent position for a Marketing Manager, based in Cape Town . This position requires a self-motivated and energetic person who is passionate about the impact of marketing activity on business outcomes. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives that grow the customer base, strengthen positioning as leaders in business communication and contributes directly to revenue growth. Duties: Content creation, curation and distribution Maintenance and development of marketing websites, with a focus on lead generation Digital marketing (PPC, SEO, CRO, email campaigns, LinkedIn etc) and Digital platform management Events (own events as well as wider industry events such as MyBB conferences) Advertising/sponsorships Supporting account-based marketing activities Supporting product management and development The incumbent will need to be passionate about technology and have an aptitude for being able to grasp and brief on technical concepts. Responsibilities: Marketing Forming a deep understanding of the company's business and marketing strategy and objectives and representing these in all duties Input into the overall marketing strategy, budget and plans Industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process as well as help positioning and messaging Customer insight development through engagement with existing and prospective customers Execution and ongoing tracking/reporting of the strategy, budget and plans Ownership of our digital assets Website maintenance, development and enhancements Management of social media profiles Creating and maintaining product brochures and datasheets U nderstanding and improving end-to-end Customer Experience Leading and ensuring the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials including development and maintenance Brand manual CI guide Design system Management of marketing vendors for both day-to-day delivery as well as overall performance (briefs, reviews, status meetings, budget reconciliations) Product : Performing market research Support all sales objectives (direct and reseller) Providing market and competitor insight and guidance On-going product training and collateral Sales training and collateral (direct sales and resellers) Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience: Matric Certificate ( essential ) Tertiary Qualification in a related field ( essential ) 3 y
