ResponsibilitiesBrand Support Execute marketing strategies to drive brand impact and growth within targeted markets.Conceptualize and develop engaging marketing materials that enhance brand visibility.Coordinate events and shows to showcase our brands with compelling display materials.Support sales activations and promotions to accelerate brand presence and sales.Digital Marketing and Communication Oversee website development with the assistance of an agency and internal IT resources. Previous experience in Wordpress and Google Analytics will be advantageous.Lead the development and execution of online marketing strategies across digital channels.Design and edit captivating social media content, including video editing and community engagement for RAW 4x4 and Lubricants.Identify and manage brand sponsors and influencers to maximize brand awareness.Promotions and Reporting Develop and manage promotional plans in collaboration with Business Development Managers.Measure and analyze promotional results to optimize marketing strategies and activities.Coordinate customer communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.Prepare comprehensive marketing reports to showcase the impact of marketing initiatives.Administration and Budgeting Prepare and manage marketing budgets for Indy Oil, RAW 4x4, and Powerdown.Interface with suppliers to procure promotional items and monitor stock levels.Coordinate distribution of promotional materials and giveaways effectively.Minimum RequirementsMinimum of a Matric qualification plus a 3-year marketing degree or diploma.Proven experience (3 years) in brand management, marketing, and promotions.Strong budget management skills and proficiency in design tools like Canva.Expertise in social media content creation and copywriting.Experience in event management, including show stand setups and brand sponsorships.Proficiency in website and social media analytics for performance optimization.Applicants who have not heard from us within 20 days of their application may assume that their application has been unsuccessful, and are hereby thanked for their interest. *Position will be filled in line with the company's transformation objectives*
