We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager with experience in an agency/design environment to join our dynamic team in Riverhorse Valley, Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional client service, and meeting their various marketing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Engage with clients in a professional manner, overseeing administrative tasks such as briefing various design briefs on Chase Software (training provided) and ensuring timely delivery before deadlines.Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all their needs.Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.Oversee web-related and social media campaigns.Assist with planning and coordinating small photoshoots for different client campaigns.Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure prompt project and campaign delivery.Requirements and Skills:Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in advertising or marketing agencies, focusing on design, digital and social media marketing.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Excellent organizational and project management aptitude.Proven ability to take ownership of projects and confidently interact with clients.Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Sound knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms and tools.Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions.Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.Social Media experience is advantageous.If you possess a genuine passion for digital, design, and client service, along with a strong drive to grow within an exciting team, please submit your CV for consideration.
