In this role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance operational efficiency and drive customer satisfaction across their restaurants.DescriptionPosition PurposeReporting to the Operations Manager, the individual in this role will oversee the implementation of marketing and community/public relations strategies aimed at enhancing sales profitability, increasing guest counts, and capturing market share for specific restaurants within a designated patch/market.
They will provide guidance and support to restaurant management in effectively executing in-store marketing initiatives, hospitality programs, as well as community and public relations efforts.
This position involves engaging with various stakeholders including external customers, restaurant management, Operations team, and vendors/suppliers.Principal AccountabilitiesDevelop, execute and evaluate sales building plans for their assigned restaurants to include promotions, QSC & V, visibility/access, Crew communications/incentives and community relations.Assist AM/OM with the knowledge and analysis of the trading area of the patch/market.Assist AM/OM and restaurant management teams with the development and execution of patch/market and restaurants MSM plans.Assist AM/OM in building a cohesive community relationship with the government agencies, institutions, merchants, etc.
in trading area within the patch/market.Develop and manage the relationship between the client and their nearby community to build sales opportunities for schools, institutions etc.Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for all restaurants.Responsible for working with Operations Manager to develop local marketing tactics MSM.TrainingAdvise Area Managers, and Restaurant Managers on the development of MSM plans including promotion execution, and sales opportunities through nearby community relations.Develop and coach Restaurant Managers within their assigned area of responsibility.ExecutionMonitor the proper execution and impact of all basic My Store Marketing, marketing, and community and public relations activities for their assigned restaurants and provide appropriate feedback as necessary.Follow up on the execution of the 3PO Marketing plan.Ensure proper use of the client's trademarks, logos and producer's licenses and make sure all advertising material has legal and creative approval.Assist in the development, approve and follow-up on marketing plans for competitive openings, grand openings, Play Place openings, High Impact Re-imaged stores.Identify local merchandising suppliers and explore bulk-order cost-saving opportunities.Education ProfileThe candidate must be based/ or willing to relocate to KZN.Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or related tertiary qualification.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing function.Driver's License and own vehicle.Ability to cope with pressure.Ability to adapt quickly.Results-oriented.Demonstrates leadership qualities conducive for both collaboration and team development.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Ability to build and maintain relationships.Strong customer orientation.Organization and planning skills.Application InstructionsPlease forward your CV to ******.
