Digital Marketing Manager
We have a vacancy for a Marketing Co-ordinator. This position is based at our National Office situated in Waterfall (Midrand).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination & Digital Marketing
Support and assist the Digital Marketing Manager with marketing and digital functions.Liaise with marketing suppliers and co-ordinate and facilitate marketing services.General administrative duties and diary management of Digital Marketing Manager.Co-ordinating meetings and assisting in supplier communications.Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities including month end billing and invoicing.Assisting with the operational running of the marketing department and the attainment of its goals and objectives, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.). Conducting market research and analysing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.Support in organising various projects. Manage specific marketing portfolio briefs from development to completion.Support with Social Media presence and Communication requirements, including but not limited to writing of posts and image briefing to designer; ensure daily and weekly posting and scheduling; monitor all social media and respond to queries and complaints, dealing with the necessary departments to ensure speedy response and resolution. Ensure that the brand message is consistent across all touch points.
Responsibilities or duties will not be limited to the above but as per the requirements for the department.Competencies Required: Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics,Exquisite communication and people skills.Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Minimum of 3-year Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field.Minimum Experience Requirements:
