Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales teams to align and coordinate marketing campaigns with sales initiatives.Plan, execute and monitor promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.Develop and optimise lead generation campaigns, tracking performance metrics and generating comprehensive reports on results.Assess the effectiveness of marketing communications and provide actionable insights for improvement.Manage and maintain the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Oversee the company website, leveraging it as an educational tool and a lead generation platform.Organise and execute marketing and sales events, both in-person and virtual, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.Uphold brand integrity through effective brand management and corporate identity initiatives.Coordinate the design, production and distribution of branded and promotional materials to support marketing objectives.Act as the primary liaison with agencies and external partners, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.Conduct competitor analysis to gain market insights and inform strategy adjustments.Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, monitoring their impact and engagement metrics.Ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts, maintaining a cohesive brand message.Requirements:B Com Marketing or similar qualificationMinimum 5 years experience.
