Job Title: Marketing Co-ordinator
Reports To: Dental and Ortho Management
Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. The role includes managing a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Coordination:
Monitor and respond to WhatsApp messages and emails from all practices promptly.
Organize and schedule patient appointments for various practices efficiently.
Digital Marketing:
Create and manage Facebook ads and campaigns, including page boosting.
Develop strategies for advertising on radio and YouTube.
Content Creation:
Utilize photography skills to take authentic pictures of studios and treatments.
Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials and content.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
Manage the marketing budget to ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
Analysis and Reporting:
Present data analysis on leads coming into the practices.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Vendor Management:
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Innovation and Creativity:
Think objectively and creatively to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Knowledge of app development is a preferred advantage.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
