We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our Kineo team based in South Africa.
This role is offered as a permanent contract where you will lead campaign marketing initiatives globally.

About the role
In this role you will use your commercial acumen, customer-centric approach, and marketing expertise to develop and execute targeted GTM campaigns for designated product lines across Kineo.
You will be responsible for developing, executing and evaluating marketing campaigns and initiatives for specific product lines to achieve lead generation targets, market share objectives, engage target audiences, and drive revenue.
You will create integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive acquisition and retention across key customer groups, aligning with the overall sales and marketing objectives of Kineo.
To deliver these objectives, you will work closely with internal teams and agencies, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.
It will also be your responsibility to ensure that the design briefs identify target audiences, marketing objectives, methods of delivery, and key messages. All campaign material must reflect the organization's position and branding, and you will be required to ensure all aspects of the campaign activity are recorded, analyzed, and evaluated. You will also need to ensure appropriate data sets are identified for each campaign and ensure that all data is managed according to data protection legislation.
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in running lead generation and nurture campaigns and a thorough understanding of B2B marketing. Experience in global marketing and working with international teams is also essential.
You will have a proven track record in creative thinking and understanding of website strategies and SEO, direct marketing, and digital marketing.
You will have a logical and diligent approach to project work, the ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent communication skills, and be a good team worker with the ability to demonstrate collaborative ways of working, especially with Product and Sales teams.
We are also looking for experience in managing data sets within a CRM e.g., Salesforce / DotDigital.
Knowledge of the learning sector, web CMS, and experience with digital marketing solutions would be desirable but not essential. Project management experience would also be beneficial for this role.
