Position Overview:As the Marketing Designer, you will take ownership of our brand's visual identity and play a crucial role in redesigning and evolving our brand assets. You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials, designing digital and print advertisements, and ensuring that all brand assets reflect our mission and connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Redesign: Lead the redesign of our brand assets, including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and other visual elements.
Marketing Material Creation: Design and produce a wide variety of marketing materials, such as brochures, email templates, presentations, social media graphics, and event collateral.
Digital & Print Ads: Create visually engaging digital and print ads for various campaigns, focusing on delivering clear, impactful messages.
Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms, ensuring all materials align with our brand guidelines and strategic messaging.
Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand project goals, audience needs, and key messaging, bringing creative concepts to life.
Iterative Improvement: Gather feedback on designs and make revisions to optimize assets for audience engagement and brand impact.
Requirements:
Design Expertise: Proven experience in marketing and brand design, with a strong portfolio of diverse projects showcasing both digital and print design skills.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
Creative Vision: Ability to produce unique and memorable designs that align with brand goals and resonate with our target audience.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to design, ensuring all elements meet high-quality standards and are consistent across platforms.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Clear communication skills to present design concepts, collaborate with team members, and integrate feedback effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in health or wellness industries.
Proficient in UX/UI design principles.
Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics.
