We are looking for a highly strategic and energetic Business to Business Marketing Specialist. The successful individual is someone who can demonstrate strong social media marketing, events management, as well as business writing and copyright skills. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing campaign administration, assist in writing and editing proposals and bios, and create marketing collateral for B2B Executives and B2B administrators.
Responsibilities: Assist in writing and editing proposals and bios.Conduct market research.Perform day-to-day administrative tasks.Report on research findings.Create marketing collateral for B2B Executives and B2B administrators.Help with prospecting clients.Design outreach, pitching, presentations, and post-onboarding strategy.Check marketing activities of competitors.Analyze consumer behavior and collect data.Organize and support events and webcasts.Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and webinars.Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings, maintain databases, and prepare sales and marketing reports.Prepare and analyze sales forecasts.Keep project status up to date and key stakeholders informed on timing of deliverables.Collaborate with Sector and Industry marketers to execute firm-wide campaigns.Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g., web traffic and rankings).Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates.Assist with organizing promotional events.Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g., brochures and newsletters).Support the marketing team.Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.Monitor competitors' marketing activities.RequirementsQualification in Marketing, Business, or related field.2-3 years of relevant marketing experience.Strong writing and editing skills.B2B experience in professional services preferred.Must be organized, proactive, and a self-starter.Interest in growing marketing skills and capabilities.Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
