Key Responsibilities: Manage social media accounts for the company and its top executives, creating and scheduling engaging posts, and monitoring performance across various platforms
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership for both the company and its executives
Design eye-catching graphics using Canva templates to support our marketing initiatives and enhance visual appeal across all channels
Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication with our subscribers
Maintain and update our WordPress websites, keeping content fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines
Develop compelling presentations to communicate our marketing strategies, plans, and results to both internal and external stakeholders
Conduct market research to gather insights, monitor competitor activities, and inform decision-making
Build and maintain lists and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across all marketing channels
Gather, organize, and analyze marketing data using tools like HubSpot to support reporting, performance tracking, and optimization efforts
Provide project management support, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
Handle various ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed, providing flexibility and adaptability to support the team across all functions
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience across multiple disciplines
Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
Extensive experience in social media management, with a proven track record of creating compelling content and engaging with audiences across various platforms
Skilled in developing and executing social media strategies for both companies and individual executives
Proficient in using Canva to create visually appealing graphics that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative, project management, and marketing support
Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficient in email marketing, marketing automation (HubSpot), and marketing operations
Highly skilled in WordPress, research, data management, and analysis
Passionate about technology and AI, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
