Our client in the shipping industry is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Assistant/PA to the MD.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring their expertise to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, driving impactful results.Minimum Requirements:5+ years' experience in the shipping industry.Relevant shipping-related certifications.Fully proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.Comprehensive knowledge of clients, markets, port restrictions, and commodities.Proven experience in a similar role supporting a Senior Executive Director for at least 5 years.Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
