Our client is looking for a strong Marketing individual to join their team and hit the ground running with Marketing projects.
Requirements:
1. Experience & Education
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or graphic design role, with a mix of administrative support responsibilities.
? A relevant qualification in marketing, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
2. Software Proficiency
? Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for handling administrative and marketing tasks.
? Experience in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for basic graphic design, marketing material creation, and maintaining the company's online presence.
? Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as social media management platforms and website content management systems (CMS).
3. Marketing & Campaign Execution
? Ability to assist in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
? Knowledge of online content creation, SEO best practices, and maintaining websites, ideally with experience in tools like WordPress or Shopify for updates.
4. Graphic Design Skills
? Basic graphic design skills for creating and updating marketing materials, including website banners, social media posts, and print materials.
? Must be able to submit a portfolio of previous work showcasing graphic design projects.
5. Administrative Support
? Strong organizational skills to provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling, managing reports, and maintaining files.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.
6. Communication Skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and handling customer inquiries.
? Ability to liaise with external stakeholders, such as suppliers or agencies, on marketing and promotional materials.
