Sena Financial Services is a growing Intermediary and Financial Advisory Services company specialising in COID administration and distribution of Value-added Life Insurance Products.Purpose of the jobWe are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and experienced Marketing Assistant to support the CEO in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.Key DutiesCompiling and distributing information such as websites and social media analytics.Monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages.Analyzing questionnaires and contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.Writing marketing and website content.Organizing presentations and events.Initiating promotional activities.Generating sales leads and new business opportunities for Sena.Liaising with customers and external agencies.Coordinating and conducting our Consumer Education programs.Marketing our COIDA Consumer/Training program to corporate clients, brokers and potential distribution partners.Creating and managing our Consumer Education schedules.Coordinating virtual and in-person training/Consumer Education sessions.Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.Conducting general bookkeeping including but not limited to bank reconciliations, invoicing and generating monthly reports.Skills and CompetenciesExcellent time management skills, public speaking skills and problem-solving skills.Verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in word processing and presentation software.Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and techniques.Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and computers.Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail.Exceptional organizational skills, leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple assignments, assessing and analyzing data.Bachelor's degree in marketing.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) is advantageous.Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.Application ProcessTo apply, email your CV to: ******
