Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, tracking results, and providing insights for future improvements. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential customer needs to support marketing strategies. Event Support: Help coordinate and manage event logistics, including promotional materials, event setup, and post-event follow-ups. Website Maintenance: Support website updates and manage content to ensure it remains current and aligns with marketing objectives. Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of marketing activities and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as maintaining marketing databases, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting with budgeting and expense tracking. Requirements: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to social media management and content creation. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media scheduling tools. Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights). Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of current social media trends. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
