Our client is looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support their Marketing Consultant/Manager in executing a wide range of marketing activities. This is a great role for an enthusiastic individual looking to grow in marketing, with opportunities to learn about digital marketing, campaign management, and brand-building strategies. Core Responsibilities: Marketing Coordination: Assist with creating and implementing strategies that support clients growth. Ensure brand consistency across all channels. Digital Marketing: Contribute to content creation for social media, newsletters, and website updates. Manage social media scheduling and engagement metrics. Campaign Support: Aid in planning and tracking campaigns, helping to stay within budget and achieve set objectives. Content & Asset Management: Draft, edit, and organize marketing content, ensuring alignment with the client brand voice. Market Research & Reporting: Conduct research on competitors and trends, gather data, and support performance reporting. Administrative Assistance: Manage schedules, book meetings, and provide logistical support for marketing initiatives. Development: Participate in training and workshops, gaining skills in tools like Google Analytics and CRM software. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 23 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital marketing and content creation. Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools, including Microsoft Office 365. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for creative writing. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional and client-focused demeanor.
