MARKETING & SOCIAL EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Building and executing marketing strategy in collaboration with the Directors and Head of Sales & Service.
Curating and posting content across various digital marketing channels, including social media and trending platforms.
Analysing marketing data and prospecting feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, channels etc.) to help improve lead quality and growth.
Building and optimising marketing funnels, including lead scoring, lead management and nurture campaigns to deliver pipeline.
Working closely with and managing external agencies and affiliates to ensure the success of company marketing strategy.
Testing and optimising marketing tactics for customer acquisition through all digital marketing activities.
Being the 'go-to' technical expert on content and email management for the team and customers.
Continually analyse and track campaign/channel success. Implement metrics to demonstrate ROI against investments.
Generating qualified leads through the creative use of content as well as paid and unpaid digital engagement.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and principles with dedication to ROI and branding.
2+ years' experience in digital marketing with a focus on demand generation and designing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Well versed in managing and posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube (Essential – demonstrable experience required).
A proven track record of delivering leads through inbound, outbound, and nurture efforts in a commercially focused marketing role.
Experience managing multiple projects and working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong data analytical skills.
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Mailchimp as well as the latest software and technology solutions for marketing automation.
Self-starter with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
High command of English language both written and verbal.

Education: Relevant degree in Marketing / Communication or equivalent.
Experience: Digital marketing: 2+ years.
Pay: R12000,00 - R17000,00 per month.
