Responsibilities: Doing regular site-visits and engaging with potential and existing clients, with the aim to increase sales and nurture long term relationship Initiating and sourcing content for regular social media and blog posts Working with our team to set up and maintain a useful client database Regular Courtesy calls to existing clients and cold calls to potential clients Setting up potential client introduction meetings and events with senior staff Supporting our engineering experts in closing sales and managing client satisfaction Setting up sales goals and reporting on them regularly to senior staff Initiating and executing new marketing initiatives Qualifications & Experience: Relevant Marketing or similar degree essential Proven Sales track record in engineering or building services - external sales, marketing Search Engine Optimization MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint Presentation skills 5+ Years in external target driven sales and marketing in technical (engineering) or construction environment Experience in sales coordination, liaison at executive level Minimum 2 years proven track record in any of the following related industries Building Services / Infrastructure / Power end Energy / Construction / Technical / Engineering Consulting / Project Management Existing client base and network highly recommended strong key account management and relationships building skills Must be prepared to travel Own reliable transport, valid drivers license and valid passport Skills required Amazing people skills Social media savvy Harnessing AI for content creation Excellent verbal and written skills Self-motivated and driven Master organization and problem-solving skills Engineering or construction industry experience would be highly advantageous.
