Our client is seeking a Marketing and Sales Commercial Manager for a multi-property position. A Marketing and Sales Commercial Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic planning: developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
Market research: conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, using insights to inform strategy.
Budget management: overseeing the marketing and sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Sales team leadership: managing and mentoring the sales team, setting targets, and monitoring performance to achieve sales goals.
Brand management: developing and maintaining the brand's identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Product development: collaborating with product teams to develop and launch new products or services based on market demand.
Customer relationship management: building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty.
Requirements and skills:
Grade 12 and relevant qualifications.
Hospitality background: must have experience working in the hospitality industry.
Three years' experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership: ability to lead and motivate teams across various locations.
Interpersonal skills: excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
Organizational skills: strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
