Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Customer Relations Agent who will be responsible for managing all marketing activities of the company, including creating and implementing marketing plans, scheduling social media posts, managing social media accounts, and attending to customer inquiries. The successful candidate will be passionate about marketing and customer service, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement marketing plans to promote our products and services on various social platforms.
Develop and execute social media strategies and schedule social media posts.
Manage social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with our audience.
Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals.
Conduct market research and identify customer needs and preferences.
Attend to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data and provide reports to management.
Collaborate with Fibre Network Operators.
Manage a marketing budget.
Facilitate and attend open day events, among other responsibilities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or customer relations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media management and marketing tools.
Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
