Key Responsibilities: Create and execute marketing plans aligned with company goals and target audience.
Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Collaborating closely with Development, Project Management, Design & User Experience, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to gather insights and align content initiatives within the platform's strategic goals.
Oversee the design team responsible for creating visuals and creative assets for marketing campaigns.
Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Organize and participate in promotional activities, including events and trade shows.
Provide regular reports and presentations to the senior management team, detailing the progress of marketing initiatives and the achievement of set targets.
Manage relationships with content clients and producers, addressing their needs effectively Curate and review content submissions for quality and relevance.
Develop and implement strategies for content curation, staying current with industry trends and Kasi pop culture to provide users with captivating experiences.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the platform's content ecosystem, including micro-apps and content delivery methods, to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor content performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement based on user engagement and feedback.
Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to promote the company and its products/services.
Collaborate with Account Manager to tailor content offerings to clients' objectives and preferences.
Identify media opportunities, pitch story ideas, and manage public relations efforts to enhance the brand's reputation and reach within the industry.
Craft compelling narratives that convey the company's message effectively.
Act as a point of contact for content-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners.
Stay updated on digital media and content management technologies, suggesting innovative strategies.
Utilize marketing analytics for data-driven decision-making in content strategies.
Conduct in-depth research on the public transport sector in South Africa to create relevant content.
Oversee the design team responsible for creating visuals for marketing campaigns.
Manage the website content and optimize user experience and SEO.

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Multi-Media.

Proven experience in content management, curation, and strategy within a digital platform or similar industry.
