Marketing And Communications Manager

A 4* hotel in Cape Town is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing and Communication Manager to drive brand awareness and lead communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for crafting compelling narratives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
Managing all internal and external communication channels
Overseeing content creation for digital and print media
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Managing the company's social media presence and online reputation
Planning and executing marketing campaigns, including events and promotions
Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing initiatives
Building and maintaining relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications (hospitality industry)
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Experience in brand management and content creation
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
Must be creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Reside in or be willing to commute to Cape Town
