A deep interest in current social media trends is required to be successful in this role.ResponsibilitiesDocumenting and FilingDevelop New Business OpportunitiesCompiling tender documents and database Registration.Typing of documents and CVs for tendering preparationResponding to RFQs and following up on them.Sourcing suppliers/supplies in preparation of RFQs and tendering preparationEnsure that company procedures are followed concerning quotes, processing orders, payments, and delivery of goods.Assist with preparing proposals and researching marketing trends.Conceptualizing content for cross-platform social media campaigns and strategies using our Twitter,Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Google Plus, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
