What we are looking for : A dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Business Development Specialist with a passion for business development and sales and a proven ability to deliver measurable results. What you will do: Marketing Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and strengthen brand visibility Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs and the company website Manage and grow social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement Analyse marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation Collaborate with the team to design promotional materials and campaigns aligned with company goals Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and audience preferences Business Development Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations Conduct follow-ups with leads and ensure conversion into long-term partnerships Track and report on business development efforts and outcomes What you must have: Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a related role Strong knowledge of branding and digital marketing strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as social media scheduling tools, email marketing software and analytics platforms Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred, but not required
