Marine Sales Engineer

We are an international Marine HVAC company seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in Marine HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer relations skills and a comprehensive understanding of HVAC technology, particularly within the marine industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can generate new business, maintain relationships with existing customers, and provide technical support during commissioning.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine sector to drive sales growth.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and expertise during the commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring proper installation and operation.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology, particularly related to marine applications.Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to provide solutions tailored to client needs.Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance against targets.Qualifications:Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales or engineering roles within the HVAC or marine industries, with a focus on refrigeration systems.Skills:Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and marine applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in sales and business development.Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions in high-pressure situations.Personal Attributes:Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
