Key Responsibilities: Customer Care: Respond to emails, messages, calls, and live chats with enthusiasm and efficiency.
Sales Growth: Convert inquiries into bookings, driving participation and excitement.
Financial Coordination: Handle payments, refunds, and related queries with precision.
Storytelling: Write content and share adventure stories across social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Logistics Management: Oversee travel, event swag, and coordinate with freelancers and volunteers.

About You: A strong passion, heart and soul, for outdoor living / adventure / extreme thrill / wild life / green living / equestrianism.
