QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:A strong and confident person able to communication and exercising influence in a team-building way.Analytical and highly numerically competentA competent computer user and have the capacity to understand computer systemsHave a high attention to detail and capability to work within procedures and processesBe a strong listener and communicatorBe resilient and flexible and can cope with a changing pressured environmentExperience of manufacturing and planning systems with a minimum of 2 years demonstrated, experience or a tertiary qualification in a mathematics or science field.The logic and acumen to quickly learn the Companys products and manufacturing practices.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:To integrate the product demand, the manufacturing capability, the RM availability and the Shopware system to produce an efficient and effective production schedule for the Factory managers.To execute the necessary reports, and to conduct PDCA reviews with the factory managers and to work with them to produce as per schedule.To monitor schedule adherence, stock levels and to assist the Factory managers to deliver the production as outlined by the schedule. There will be a lot of computer work and significant interaction and time spent on the factory floor as well.To learn and achieve Shopware "super user" status and to assist and champion the effective use of the Shopware manufacturing system throughout the companys business.To provide feedback to the sales team regarding production delays in order to better service our customers.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:To interact with the sales team to obtain and to understand the sales forecast and customer needs.To have an excellent working knowledge of the companys product range, specifications and the manufacturing methods and alternatives for the products.To have an excellent knowledge of the Shopware manufacturing system and capability to use it.If you meet the above criteria, please email your CV, qualifications, and payslip
