Oversee and guide quality team to ensure effective task completion. Qualifications Minimum : Diploma in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields; ISO certification. Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields. Required Experience Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance & Quality Control in a supervisory role within automotive or general manufacturing. Technical Requirements Proficient in Quality Control and Assurance, with deep knowledge of QMS, company policies, and internal controls. Ability to read and interpret quality specifications and research, design workflows, and procedures. Skilled in AutoCAD, PolyWorks, and Faro. Data-driven decision-making capabilities. Understanding of quality control procedures, systems, and relevant legal standards. Knowledge of data analysis, statistical methods, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing. Strong skills in quality administration, reporting, employee relations, and industrial relations. Problem-solving abilities and familiarity with business, financial concepts, and safety practices. Proficient in Microsoft applications, with intermediate Excel skills. Quality certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949. Resilient under pressure and skilled in resource reallocation and work method review. Essential Duties Oversee quality assurance to ensure products meet approved standards and specifications. Lead ITAF implementation and monitor for compliance, providing recommendations. Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances and customer complaints. Address 4M changes (Man, Machine, Method, Material) with relevant teams. Analyze defects and production data to identify and resolve process improvements.
