In this position, youll play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, working closely with sales teams to ensure that manufacturing processes are tailored to meet client expectations. Your strategic insights will be crucial in creating seamless workflows and delivering products on time and within budget, while fostering strong client relationships. Ideal candidates have a background in heavy engineering or fabrication, combined with experience in managing production teams and supporting sales initiatives. We are looking for candidates with a BTech or BEng in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (a PgDip or MBA is advantageous), and at least 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Proficiency in ERP systems, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills will be advantageous. Essential skills include exceptional communication, critical thinking, negotiation, and conflict management abilities.
