Manufacturing Lead

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Lead to join our team at Hudson Rubber.
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and organizing daily activities to ensure smooth production operations.Key responsibilities include:Leading a team of production staff to meet production targetsDeveloping and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiencyMaintaining a safe and healthy work environmentEnsuring high-quality products and meeting customer requirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership in a FMCG environment or similarProven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiencyStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsWe offer a competitive salary package of R800,000 per annum and opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and growing organization.
