Manufacturing Lead

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful Manufacturing Lead will be responsible for coordinating and leading activities in servicing, machinery, systems/equipment, and facilities at Profile Personnel.You will ensure that all direct and indirect work sequences are executed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining product quality standards and complying with legal regulations.In addition, you will be responsible for recommending new procedures and processes to improve quality and quantity and reduce production costs.We are seeking a candidate with 8 years of managerial experience, a relevant degree or diploma in Production or Engineering, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
