Manufacturing Engineer

Requirements: Calculate the material requirements for products to be manufactured.
Manage and control product certifications (e.g.
SANS 1507).
Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation.
Control manufacturing job cards system and specifications on products.
Carry out the necessary research on materials, processes and design techniques.
Approve the issue of temporary concessions relative to the manufacturing standard products.
Manage and control product costings.
Develop and maintain computer-based programmes relative to the product costing requirements.
Create new product codes, load all material requirements, and create relevant documents per item (e.g.
job cards).
Ensure all costs of materials are up to date.
