Manufacturing Civils Manager – Water & Maintenance (Heavy Ind/ Sugar), Richardsbay, Rneg Ben Diploma / degree in Civil Engineering 5 years' experience in the management of civil construction Treated, potable and wastewater operations and maintenance Experience in residential housing development or maintenance Project management experience is Heavy industry or sugar industry experience Legislation and standards for food safety and water quality Duties Lead the Civils department and permanent contractors Plan, coordinate, and execute all maintenance, operations, and Capex Provide technical designs and solutions to civils infrastructure Project manage major civils scope within the capital budget Upliftment of company housing, offices, and other facilities Control Civils maintenance, operational and capital budgets Functioning of all water, waste, civil infrastructures, and buildings Reliable supply of treated water and safe potable water to the factory and community Maintain and improve the state of CLIENT's property Responsibility for parks and gardens Responsibility for factory and office cleaning Responsibility for storm water Responsibility for road maintenance
