Manufacturing Business Improve Specialist (Industrial Eng / Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen / TOC) JHB West, Rneg + Ben.Grade 12Bachelor's Degree, NQF level 7 in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration.Post graduate studies, NQF level 8 within relevant discipline.Recognised MBA qualification, advantageous.Min 8 years' relevant working experience in a manufacturing or related industry with proven track record of process improvement within a business operation and / or Manufacturing.We are looking for a Manufacturing Business Improve Specialist who will lead, guide, facilitate, and manage all continuous improvement activities within the organisation. The specialist will organize continuous improvement workshops, offer ongoing guidance on CI strategy and implementation, and help business units and operations identify and improve benchmark "processes" practices to enhance cost savings. Additionally, the role involves aligning the business unit strategy with the overall group strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CI methodology, tools, and techniques such as LEAN, SIX SIGMA, KAIZEN, and TOC, and how to apply them effectively.
