REQUIREMENTS Matric 5 years of experience in a similar role Fast and Accurate data capturing skills Excellent typing skills Good computer literacy Able to multi-task effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment DUTIES Coordinate project tasks related to orders Answer incoming enquiries from clients Manage email orders, updates and changes Coordinate between Production Manager, the Director and administration staff Ensure a seamless flow of information from start of production to finished products Organize and prioritize tasks, multi-tasking in all areas of administration duties Supplier Invoices Setting up payments for the Director Gather feedback to ensure timely completion of projects.
