VACANCY WORKSHOP/GENERAL MANAGER Qualifications and Experience:Degree in Engineering or equivalent will be an advantageMinimum 5 years working in manufacturing a mustMinimum 3 years management experience, with technical leadership skills for problem solving and conflict resolution.Extensive knowledge of rotating machinery, engineering practices and principles as well as understanding scientific methods of problem solvingDemonstrated ability with cost analysis, product design methods, interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate all of these skills to a productive cost-effective resultMust be proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word)Excellent program and project management skills with strong document managementExcellent analytical skills including the ability to analyse, troubleshoot, process, change and improve design and equipmentFamiliar with ISO 9001Strong presentation, written and verbal skillsAble to communicate ideas and recommendations to non-engineer team members in a clear mannerAble to manage multiple projects and tasksAble to work effectively with internal and external customers and suppliersProfessional/ mature demeanour under stressful conditionsAdditional Requirements:Must have a valid driver license and passportOnly suitable candidates will be considered for interviews.
