MANAGING THERAPIST (Manager & Therapist - Hybrid) YZERFONTEIN - West Coast, South Africa START: A.S.A.P / 01 October 2024 TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Saturday 08: - 13:00 Select Public Holidays 45x hours per week 18x Days annual leave REPORT TO: Owner REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS R10,000 - R14,000 Basic Salary per month (based on desired experience & skills) 30% KPI & Performance profit share (based on total Retail & Services) Incentives MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: South African citizen CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology (2-year Diploma minimum) Must be based in Yzerfontein OR willing to relocate to Yzerfontein (or within reasonable travel distance - at your own expense) EXPERIENCE: Minimum THREE years professional employment experience in salon / spa or medical practice Minimum ONE year in a supervisory role (Senior therapist / assistant manager / manager) Cruise ship employment highly beneficial ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Confident and skilled in all standard BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services including Advanced facials, Peels & Skin Rejuvenation Confident performing a detailed skin analysis Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly - RETAIL confident Leadership skills - able to uplift and motivate your team Confidently re-book clients where applicable Strong team dynamic Admin confident - able to do basic reporting and planning with owner Cash-up & recon confident Computer skills confident - ability to navigate social media / MS Office and attend to e-mails Follow up on scheduled training and offer support to staff on new products / liaise with suppliers BONUS SKILLS (nice to have): Advanced Diploma / B-Tec Diploma or Dermal Aesthetics Diploma Lamelle
