Experience in financial services, fintech, and/or crypto (10 yrs min)
Strong Excel skills are mandatory
Strong operational experience
Exposure to HR, marketing, compliance, and legal
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and a genuine interest in cryptocurrency
Coding skills are not required but would be a bonus

This role is suited to a person with considerable experience in financial services across various environments. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in crypto and/or fintech. They need to understand FSCA, FAIS compliance, and the marketing of financial services. Additionally, they should have exposure to HR and organizational development, as well as experience in overseeing legal and contractual documents. This person should consider themselves an all-rounder, capable of wearing multiple hats and pivoting between functions to oversee various areas of the business, taking on tasks typically associated with the CEO and COO roles.
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Commerce, or IT
