Preferably experience with instructional design, consulting and/or facilitation skills.Proven business development capability to identify potential clients and lead business growth in a revenue generating role; Experienced in RFPs and pitches.Executive presence, projecting confidence and poise under pressure, and demonstrating gravitas with stakeholders at at senior level.High level of business acumen, understanding the world of business and what leadership capabilities clients need to be successful.Strong financial acumen in areas of budgeting, pricing, forecasting, profit & loss and reporting. Preferably previous experience of managing a P&L.Operates with integrity, considering legal and ethical sides of situations and mitigating risks.Network development abilities, having established and leveraged external networks as a means to develop business, and internal networks to complete work efficiently.Experience of leading and developing teams, bringing energy and motivation as a leader of people.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Agility to write compelling thought-pieces and business development proposals.Ability to travel routinely.
