Our client is seeking a Managing Director to join their team in Durban.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the core business strategy. Oversee the financial and commercial performance of the company ensuring profitability and growth. Lead the digital transformation of the company by integrating centers of excellence and fostering innovation and collaboration. Ensuring high levels of customer experience and growth through effective relationship management. Implement succession planning strategies for key positions. Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the Company.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification is required with approximately 10 years' experience in a Senior Management/Executive role. A solid background in either Retail or FMCG (Brands). Financial/Commercial experience. General management and leadership experience.
