The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can drive digital transformation, enhance customer experience, and lead a diverse team towards market leadership.What Will You Do:As the MD, you will:Oversee the strategic direction across all business areas.Drive operational efficiency, digital transformation, and customer experience.Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver market-leading results.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.Ensure profitability, growth, and long-term business sustainability.Report directly to the Group CEO and work alongside key executives.What Do You Need:Relevant qualification and 10+ years' experience in a senior leadership role.Technically savvyExperience in Retail or FMCG (Brands).Strong financial, commercial, and strategic planning skills.Proven ability in digital transformation and customer-focused leadership.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
