A boutique trading house looking to disrupt the Forex and Crypto trading world, is looking for an experienced Managing Director to join their team. We are not looking for your traditional MD, but rather an out-of-the-box and operationally savvy candidate coming from your Fintech or Hedgefund industry. If you boast 10 years of experience, an understanding of FSCA/FAIS compliance, the ability to get involved in multiple business units including legal, apply today!We are looking for a hands-on, operational candidate to take over responsibility from the current CEO and COO of a boutique Financial Services company. This role will require you to wear multiple hats in a day, as you will be an all-round midfielder in the business, pivoting between multiple functions and areas including HR, Compliance, Legal and Marketing.If you can see yourself in a boutique institution, which will allow you overview of the whole business and its operations, reporting into the co-founders.
