Plan, set up and monitor revenue streams, financial budgets and agree on financial targets in cooperation with CEO. Ensure delivery of agreed KPIs and budget. Effectively mobilise agency resources to ensure delivery of growth and ensuring the successful delivery of P&L Create and sustain an employee brand that makes Brand positive destination of the talent needed now and for the future. Ensure all service aspects of client contracts are met. Successfully assimilate new market opportunities at speed. Simplify and prioritise on driving through key initiatives in line with market and global strategy as well as with client expectations. Review ways of working, costs and service models to maximise profitability and competitiveness in the marketplace. Build the strength and collaborative ability of the agency senior team to ensure the Brand has a positive, dynamic client leadership team. Be a brand ambassador, connecting across internal and external networks to help deliver the operating model and building the reputation of Brand as well as dentsu in the market.
