MANAGERS ASSISTANT/SALES PROCESSOR

Salary: R7 000 – R8 000 (Negotiable depending on experience)

A Wholesaler and retailer of automotive replacement parts are currently looking to employ a Managers Assistant/ Sales Processor to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their branch in Maitland

Requirements:
? Grade 12
? 25 – 30
? Must have Sales Processing and Pricing experience
? Will receive training on ERP System.
? Must have good communication skills and be well presented
? Must have the ability to work in a computerized environment
? Must be target driven and a team player
? Own Transport

Duties include, but are not limited to:
? Assisting Branch Manager with Daily Sales and visiting clients
? Provide telephonic, email and online communication and demonstrations to build loyal client relationships
? Confirm orders
? Process orders
? Pricing
? Quotes
? Responsible for processing and generating leads to the sales team to produce sales targets
? Confirm appointments, communicate with clients and update client records
? All administrative duties as given by Branch Manager
