Accountable for management in terms of: people, process, applied technology, budget.
Job Description People Management: Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives and ensuring colleague development.
| Processes and Procedures: Ensure that the Agent Sales follow the sales process by monitoring their telephone conversations and underwriting rules.
Address all non-adherence directly with the individual concerned by putting corrective measures, as coaching in place.
| Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
| Reporting: Provide reporting of inbound and outbound calls and maintain standard reporting templates against relevant requirements.
| Business Management: Allocate duties to team members in order to achieve operational targets including prioritisation and work schedules.
